Phlebotomy Service

Our phlebotomy service is available to individuals, NHS & Private healthcare professionals and those nursing & residential care.

Our phlebotomists are trained to our high standards and are experienced in working with home visits, hospital wards & outpatients, GP surgeries and nursing/residential care homes. All our Phlebotomists are members of The National Association of Phlebotomists  and work to consistently high standards.

INDIVIDUALS

From people who have mobility problems, to those who simply do not have the time to spend waiting their turn in a queue. We can provide a home visit service for anyone in their own home or at work in North Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.

When your GP or Hospital Consultant ask you to have a blood test, they will give you a Pathology Request Form. You can then ring us for an appointment and our Phlebotomists can visit you at home, at work or wherever is convenient for you (provided there is a suitable safe area for the procedure to take place). They can take the sample and then hand deliver it to the relevant laborotory. Our Phlebotomists carry all the necessary equipment and suitable facilites to dispose of all clinical waste. All results are sent by the laboratory directly to the requesting Doctor. This is ideal for those with reduced mobility, fasting blood tests and any routine blood test. Please ring to find out whether the service is suitable for your tests.

NHS & PRIVATE HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS

Whether running an in-house phlebotomy clinic, providing cover for when your Phlebotomist is on holiday or sick leave, or a domicilliary service for those patients unable to attend the clinic, we can provide solutions for all your phlebotomy needs.

Our Phlebotomists are trained to the highest standards and work to strict protocols regarding hygiene, confidentiality and technique, so you can be assured that your patients are receiving the best care.

NURSING & RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES

As an alternative, to residents visiting phlebotomy clinics either at the GP Surgery  or Hospital. our Phlebotomists can visit at a time that is convenient to both the resident and your daily schedule. This can be useful, especially at times when staff levels are at a minimum as it svaes a valuable member of the care team leaving the premises as an escort.

Also don't forget our Phlebotomy training course, so that your staff can take blood samples as and when needed.
